Terms and conditions

Website Terms & Conditions and Travel Booking Conditions

TRAVIO EGYPT | A brand owned by AL NATALI TOURS

Effective date: 31 October 2026 | Version 1.0

1. Identity and scope

This website is operated under the  TRAVIO EGYPT brand, owned by AL NATALI TOURS (the “Company”). “ TRAVIO EGYPT”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Company acting through this brand. These Terms govern website access, booking requests and purchases of travel services offered through the website. The legal entity’s registered details, tourism licence information where applicable, and contact details should be published on the website.

2. Express acceptance of these Terms

By completing any booking or purchase through the  TRAVIO EGYPT website, including by submitting payment or confirming an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood and accepted these terms & conditions, the applicable cancellation and refund policy, and any booking-specific conditions disclosed before checkout. completion of the booking or purchase constitutes the customer’s agreement to be legally bound by those terms, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection law. customers who do not agree must not complete a booking or purchase.  TRAVIO EGYPT may require the customer to tick an unchecked acceptance box before payment and may retain a record of that acceptance.

3. Services and booking documents

Services may include guided tours, sightseeing excursions, holiday packages, accommodation arrangements, airport transfers, private transportation, cruises, experiences, corporate travel, educational travel and related services. The product page, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, booking confirmation and any expressly disclosed service-specific conditions form part of the booking agreement. Where a service-specific term conflicts with a general term, the specifically disclosed term controls for that service, subject to mandatory law.

4. Eligibility and booking for others

Customers must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have legal capacity to contract. A customer booking for other travelers confirms that they are authorized to provide their details and to communicate applicable terms to them. Children must be accompanied and supervised as required by the relevant service and law.

5. Booking requests and confirmation

Submitting a booking request or payment does not itself guarantee availability unless the checkout expressly confirms an instant booking. A binding booking is established when  TRAVIO EGYPT issues a booking confirmation identifying the service and material terms. If the requested service cannot be confirmed, we will offer a suitable alternative or return amounts collected for the unavailable service, subject to applicable law. Customers must check confirmations promptly and report errors.

6. Prices, currencies, taxes and payments

Prices and currencies are displayed during checkout. The total payable amount, mandatory charges and payment schedule will be disclosed before purchase. Card issuers or payment providers may apply foreign exchange rates or fees beyond our control. Deposits and balances are due on the dates stated in the booking confirmation. We may suspend or cancel an unpaid reservation after reasonable notice, subject to the disclosed booking terms and applicable law. We do not require customers to send complete payment-card details by email or messaging.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Unless a different cancellation rule is prominently disclosed for a particular service before payment and accepted by the customer, the following standard policy applies: “In the event of a booking cancellation 50% of the down payment will be retained as a cancellation fee while the remaining 50% will be refunded to the guest”. This standard policy concerns the down payment only. Where a customer has paid more than the down payment, the treatment of the remaining balance must be disclosed in the applicable booking conditions before purchase. Nothing in this provision excludes statutory cancellation or refund rights, or remedies where  TRAVIO EGYPT or the responsible service provider fails to deliver contracted services. Cancellation requests must be sent through the official customer-support channel with the booking reference. Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method, subject to processing times of the payment provider.

8. Changes requested by customers

Requests to change dates, traveler names, accommodation, transport or activities are subject to availability, supplier conditions and any price difference or change fee disclosed before approval. Changes take effect only when confirmed in writing. A request alone does not amend an existing booking.

9. Changes or cancellation by  TRAVIO EGYPT

Travel services may need reasonable adjustments because of safety, weather, operational restrictions, site closures or supplier availability. We will inform affected customers as soon as reasonably practicable. Where a material contracted service cannot be provided, we will offer an appropriate alternative or the refund or remedy required by applicable law. We will not unilaterally substitute materially inferior services without the customer’s agreement where such agreement is legally required.

10. Traveler documents and entry requirements

Travelers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, entry permissions and other documentation required for their itinerary and nationality, except where  TRAVIO EGYPT expressly undertakes to provide a specified service. Travelers must check current official entry and health requirements before travel. We do not guarantee visa issuance or admission by border authorities.

11. Health, accessibility and special requirements

Customers should disclose mobility, accessibility, dietary or other material service requirements before booking so that feasibility can be checked. Activities may involve physical exertion and inherent risks. Customers must follow reasonable safety instructions and disclose relevant limitations to activity operators where appropriate. No representation is made that every experience is suitable for every traveler.

12. Arrival, punctuality and no-shows

Meeting points, pickup windows, check-in times and emergency contact instructions will be supplied with the booking information. Travelers should arrive on time and remain reachable. Missed services caused by late arrival or failure to attend may be treated as a no-show under the disclosed service-specific terms, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

13. Third-party travel suppliers

Some services are performed by hotels, transport operators, guides, cruise operators or other independent suppliers. We will identify material supplier conditions before booking where relevant.  TRAVIO EGYPT remains responsible for its own contractual duties and for supplier performance to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Conduct and safety

Customers must comply with applicable laws, local customs, site rules and reasonable instructions of guides and operators. Illegal, dangerous, abusive or seriously disruptive conduct may result in removal from an activity where necessary and proportionate, without limiting any mandatory rights. Travelers are responsible for damage they unlawfully cause.

15. Force majeure and exceptional events

Events beyond reasonable control may include severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, security incidents, strikes or major transport disruption. We will take reasonable steps to communicate and mitigate disruption. Refunds, alternatives and other remedies will be determined by the booking contract and mandatory applicable law; this clause does not automatically eliminate statutory rights.

16. Website accuracy and availability

We seek to keep itineraries, descriptions, prices and availability accurate. Images may be illustrative. Obvious clerical or technical errors may be corrected, but confirmed bookings will not be changed or cancelled merely because we prefer a different price. Where an error materially affects a booking, we will contact the customer and provide remedies required by law.

17. Intellectual property and trademark

TRAVIO EGYPT is identified by the Company as its owned brand and trademark. Website text, designs, logos, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to the Company and may not be reproduced commercially without permission, except as permitted by law. Publication of these Terms does not itself establish trademark registration.

18. Customer accounts and prohibited uses

Customers must provide accurate contact and traveler information and safeguard account credentials. Fraudulent bookings, unauthorized payment use, malicious software, scraping that violates applicable law, impersonation and interference with website security are prohibited. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers and the website.

19. Privacy and payment security

Personal data is handled according to the separately published Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. Relevant data may be shared with travel suppliers and payment processors as necessary to fulfill a booking, subject to applicable safeguards. Customers should consult the Privacy Policy for retention, cross-border transfers, rights and contact information. Payment-card processing arrangements must be accurately described in that policy and checkout.

20. Reviews and submitted content

Customers are responsible for reviews and materials they submit and must not infringe others’ rights or publish unlawful content. By submitting a review for publication, customers grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and moderate it for website and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy and intellectual-property law. We do not claim ownership of private customer communications.

21. Liability and consumer protections

We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of contract or negligence to the extent required by applicable law. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any lawful limitation must be reasonable and must not deprive customers of mandatory consumer remedies. Customers should consider appropriate travel insurance for medical expenses, interruption and personal belongings.

22. Complaints and dispute resolution

Customers should contact  TRAVIO EGYPT using the support details published on the website and include the booking reference and supporting information. We will seek to investigate and respond within a reasonable period. Customers retain the right to use competent consumer-protection authorities and courts where available under applicable law.

23. Governing law and international customers

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, except to the extent that mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply and cannot be displaced by contract. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable procedural and consumer-protection rules may hear disputes. Nothing here removes non-waivable rights of customers residing abroad.

24. Updates, severability and entire agreement

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version with an effective date. The version accepted at the time of booking ordinarily governs that booking unless the parties validly agree otherwise or law requires a change. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues insofar as legally possible. These Terms, the confirmed booking and incorporated service-specific conditions constitute the agreement concerning the purchased service.

24C. Complaints and assistance during travel

Customers should report problems promptly through the official support channels and allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy them where practicable. For urgent safety issues, contact local emergency services first. Complaints will be assessed fairly against the booking confirmation, evidence and applicable consumer law; these Terms do not impose an artificial deadline that removes statutory rights.

24B. Booking records and electronic consent

At checkout, the customer must affirmatively select an unchecked box accepting these Terms and the applicable service-specific conditions before payment.  TRAVIO EGYPT may retain the accepted terms version, booking reference, date and time of consent and relevant transaction records as permitted by privacy law. A payment attempt does not itself guarantee booking confirmation.

24A. Packages and linked travel arrangements

Where multiple travel services are offered together, the legal classification of the arrangement and the respective organizer or retailer obligations depend on the applicable law and the specific offer.  TRAVIO EGYPT will disclose the contracting entity, included services and material conditions before purchase. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory package travel protections applicable to customers in their country of residence.
